What is an electronic transcript? It is a transcript (a certified copy of a student's permanent academic record) that has been saved in an Adobe PDF format and sent through secure email links from the National Student Clearinghouse.

Faxing service ends June 28 Starting June 28, 2019, the IRS will stop faxing tax transcripts to both taxpayers and third parties, including tax professionals. This action affects individual and business transcripts. Individual taxpayers have several options to obtain a tax transcript.

Q: What does an Electronic Transcript look like? A: The PDF looks like our paper transcript. Both types of documents contain identical academic information. Our transcript key will be the final page in the Electronic Transcript we send rather than appearing on the back of each sheet of a paper transcript.

Official transcripts are issued in portrait format and contain the seal of the university and the signature of the University Registrar. Unofficial transcripts are available to current students via self-service from the Student Information System.

What are Transcript Labels? Transcript Labels are a unique report that pulls information from the Transcript and creates brief summaries that can be printed on labels. Typically this report is used for student CUM files.

Faxed transcripts will be considered unofficial. To be considered official, your transcript must come from your high school office, state department or institution by mail, email, or hand delivered in the original sealed envelope. Copies of the transcript from the student are not accepted.

In order for transcripts to be considered official they must be: Printed on security paper directly and/or displaying an official raised seal from the college or university, per the institutions standard practice.
