Note: Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the "Page Setup" group, click [Print Titles]. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the "Rows to repeat at top" field, click the spreadsheet icon. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].

To freeze the top row or first column: From the View tab, Windows Group, click the Freeze Panes drop down arrow. Select either Freeze Top Row or Freeze First Column.

To designate a row as a header, select it, then right-click and select Table Properties. Select the Row tab, and check Repeat as header row at the top of each page. Also, be sure Allow row to break across pages is unchecked.
