Transcripts are requested online through the MyNAIT portal (Open Self Service > Academic Records > Grades, Transcripts & Assessments > Request Official Transcript). When your transcript is ready in 1-2 business days, you will receive an email confirmation from MyCreds? to access your document.

Transcripts are available to all former and current students on request for a fee. The TDSB has launched a new online request for Ontario Transcripts/Student Records (OTSR) application and integrated online payment system. To submit an online request, click the link and follow the instructions.

Transcripts may be sent in paper form or electronically. Transcripts need to have the student's official name on it. Please do not use nicknames as most universities will not accept them. It also needs to have the appropriate signatures, seal or logo.

High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. High school transcripts can be ordered at any time online using myPass and sent to a destination of your choice. There is a $10.00 non-refundable processing fee for each copy.

Requesting an OST? Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript. All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years. Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.
