Forward Signatory Register For Free

Upload your document into the electronic signature application, such as our eSignature application. Drag in the signature, text and date fields where the recipient needs to take action. Click send. The electronic signature application will email a link to the recipient so they can access the document and sign.

You can forward any completed envelope that you sent or received, or created to sign yourself. If you have access to any shared envelopes, you can forward any of those sent or received by the owner. Note: The ability to forward envelopes must be enabled for your account by your administrator.

Click the action menu for the envelope and select Forward. In the new envelope, the completed documents are present and renamed to include the prefix "FWD:". You can add documents or apply templates as needed. Add recipients to the new envelope and fill in the message details.

Forwarding creates a copy of a completed envelope which you can send to new recipients as is or add new documents and fields as needed. For a forwarded envelope, you cannot remove any information or signatures on the completed documents, but you can add new recipients, documents, and recipient fields.

To add a recipient, enter their name in the Name field and then fill out their delivery information. If you want to add another recipient, select the ADD RECIPIENT button. Note: If you also need to sign the document, add yourself as a recipient.

Go to Admin > Signer experience > Email options and tick the option 'Signer emails include link to change/forward to another signer'. This setting is turned on by default. If a signer clicks the Change Signer link a browser window pops up where the person can enter a new name and email.

After opening the documents, in the top menu, select OTHER ACTIONS > Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signer's email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When you're finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
