What's a Logo Tagline? A tagline is a phrase that highlights what a business does, emphasizes a value or specific message, and/or clarifies a brand's mission. You can think of taglines as a brand's mission statement condensed into a few words. It can be an important part of your brand's identity.

A wordmark, word mark, or logotype, is usually a distinct text-only typographic treatment of the name of a company, institution, or product name used for purposes of identification and branding.
