Go to Settings > Update & security > Activation. Once you get to Activation, you'll be able to attach your MSA to your Windows 10 license key, and be able to reactivate your PC much easier in the future. From here, you'll be prompted to enter your Microsoft account credentials.

To begin, click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation. There are some interesting changes users will see. The first one is the obvious change from Windows is activated with a digital entitlement to Windows is activated with a digital license. At the bottom is a new option called Add a Microsoft Account.
