List Age Form For Free

The form is used to document verification of the identity and employment authorization of each new employee (both U.S. citizen and noncitizen) hired after November 6, 1986, to work in the United States.

HR staff may list "Driver's license" for the title space, the state motor vehicles agency for the issuing authority, the document number and the expiration date. This information is contained all in the spaces under "List B".

The documents on List A show both identity and employment authorization. Employees presenting an acceptable List A document should not be asked to present any other document. Some List A documents are in fact a combination of 2 or more documents.

List A documents show identity and employment authorization. List B documents show identity and List C documents show employment authorization. Minors can complete Form I-9 as described in Section 4.0, Completing Section 2 of Form I-9, by presenting a List A document or a combination of List B and C documents.
