In Admin Center, click Objects and rules in the sidebar, then select Tickets > Settings. In the Ticket IDs section, enter a new number into the field. You can increase your current ticket ID but you can't decrease the number. Changing the ticket ID starting number can't be undone.

Accessing the custom field pages The custom field pages are located in Admin Center and provide a list of existing custom fields. Open one of your views and select the tickets you want to delete. You can pick and choose the tickets you want to delete or select the entire list by clicking the check box at the top left of the view. Select Delete from the toolbar at the bottom of the list.

Open a form and right click and configure and chose UI Policy. Now chose which field to hide in UI Policy action and set Visible to False. This will hide the field on form when load.
