Your image title is the least important part of image optimization. It serves very little purpose for user experience because it only appears when a mouse hovers over the image and screen readers won't pick it up.

In the context of the image tag, alt text is used to describe visual elements to users who can't see them, either because the image failed to load or because they are using a screen-reader. The image title attribute is only visible on mouse-over and displays just the image title.

The alt and title attributes of an image are commonly referred to as 'alt tag' or 'alt text', and 'title tag'. (Technically they're not tags, they're attributes, but you don't need to worry about that). These attributes allow you to add textual descriptions of your image, which can help with both SEO and accessibility.

Image title is basically the name of your image. Like alt text, it lets users and search engines know what's in the picture. Unlike alt text, the image title is not displayed when the image is missing or not loaded properly. Instead, it is displayed when the user hovers their mouse over the image.

Title tags & alt tags are really for different things, the alt tag is to provide a text field to describe the image, the title tag is complementary to the image. Alt tags are used by things like screen readers for people with vision issues, and also used in the ranking of images. Title tags are not.

Title text or Title attribute (often incorrectly used as ?Title tag?) is the text of images which a user sees after hovering over the image. However, this attribute is not as important as ALT text.
