Canceling Your LSAT Score Before you walk out of your LSAT test, and (as of this writing) for six calendar days afterward, you have the option of canceling your score. While that score won't be reported to law schools, admissions officers will get to see that you took the test and canceled your score.

In September 2017, the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) changed its policy on how many times you can take the LSAT. Now, there are no limitations on the number of times you can take the LSAT test. The old policy limited you to three LSAT tests in a two-year period, including cancellations and absences.

You should plan to take the LSAT just once, and to do your best on it that one time. In addition to the retake considerations outlined below, students who assume they'll have a second chance if they blow the first test tend not to perform as well as those who assume that this is the only test that matters.
