LSAT Writing ® is a required part of the LSAT, but you don't need to take LSAT Writing on the same day that you take the multiple-choice portion of the test.

Can I Use Scratch Paper on LSAT-Flex and the new remote LSAT? Yes! Test-takers are allowed 5 sheets of scratch paper.

Requesting New or Additional Accommodations In this case, you will still be automatically approved to receive 50% additional time, but you must submit the appropriate documentation within the published deadlines to support your request for 100% additional time and extra breaks between sections.

Unlike the SAT, there is no penalty for getting an incorrect answer on the LSAT. Therefore it's crucial to at least make educated guesses on questions you can't answer.

If you've demonstrated that you're capable of scoring better than average (an LSAT score of approximately 150), LSAC is very unlikely to give you extra time due to ADD / ADHD.If you take ADD / ADHD medication (Ritalin, Adderall, etc.), this will also be held against you in your request for accommodations.
