You can withdraw. The withdrawal doesn't even show up on your LSAT Score Report. So, if you're not feeling like you'll score your best on test day, know that you have right up until midnight of the night before to decide if you want to take it.

Law schools do not average the scores for admission, but we always look at performance if you've taken the test more than once. Ideally, it would be best if every applicant could secure their ideal LSAT score on the first attempt, but that is often not the case. Law schools will report the highest LSAT score.

Law schools do read files holistically and they do read/see every LSAT score/withdrawal/cancellation of each applicant. However, no matter what anyone says, the reality is that the only score the ABA receives is the highest score and is therefore the only score USWNR will ever see.
