If you use one particular colour often, consider investing in a POSCA paint marker. They come in a large range of colours, and will allow you to effortlessly cover over any mistakes as easily as White-Out. Literal cut & paste a piece from a matching sheet of paper and align with the paper's pattern if necessary.

If you need a product like white out that is colored, perhaps you should try craft paint. Some colors might be opaque enough to work. Some colors are transparent, and won't do the same job. Artist acrylic paints are also available, but they are more expensive.

Just add a few drops of hand sanitizer to your useless dried up bottle of liquid paper and shake it up very good. Wala, it works better than it did when it was new. It will require more the drier it is, however, it goes on smooth and dries perfectly.
