Move Conditional Field Notification For Free

Open your Google Form, launch the forms add-on and choose Create Email Notification from the menu. In the configuration sidebar, check the Conditional Notifications option and it will open a new window where you can define the conditional logic.

First, open the google form and select email notifications from the add-ons menu to modify your emails' reply-to addresses. To update the reply-to address of an existing form rule, select manage form settings from the menu under create email notification.
