To transfer your Spectrum service to a new address, simply call us during regular business hours (Weekdays, 8AM - 10PM ET).

The UPS Store will handle packaging and shipping your equipment to us at no charge. Just bring your equipment and tell UPS that you're a Spectrum customer, and they'll take care of the rest. Remember to save your receipt for tracking purposes.
