Order Link Record For Free

Go to and log in to your account. Click on the base you want to sort records in. Click the ?Sort? button in the top right corner of the table. Select the field you want to sort by from the dropdown menu. Select the order you want to sort by (ascending or descending).

Select the entity you want and select Fields. Choose New. In the editor, provide the required information for the field, including the Field Type and Data Type. In the Field Type, select Rollup, after you have selected the data type.

Linked records are a powerful way of creating relationships between your data. You can use them to bring information from one field into another, or between multiple records, and even perform calculations between them.

A rollup field is a bit like a lookup, but instead of just returning the value(s) from a field in a linked record, italso performs a calculation on those values?like summing together all the values from the linked records, or returning only the maximum value from the linked records.

The order of items in a rollup field array is determined by the order of the linked records from which the rollup is pulling data. Change the link order, and the rolled up data order will change ingly.

A rollup field will roll up data from all records in the target linked table, regardless of whether or not those records have been filtered in that table's views. If you wish to use a rollup field, but have it only aggregate values from certain linked records in each cell, you can use a conditional rollup.
