Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours during normal operation. Shipping time is 3-7 business days by FedEx Ground, 2-5 days by Priority Mail within the 48 states, 4-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii, and 7-10 business days by Air Mail Parcel Post to Canada.

You can also check your order status using the My Spectrum App. Once your order ships, you'll see a notification on your app's home screen. Select View Tracking Info for more information, including your order number and status, estimated delivery date and address, as well as a link to track your FedEx shipment.
