Purchase Order Delete Amount Field For Free

You can archive to delete PO in T-CODE ME98, but for certain legal regulations we maintain all PO's created in system & cancel it rather than deleting.

Goto ME22N ->> Put your PO No ->> Goto Item Overview (press F5) ->> Select the main line item and goto Services ->> Select respective service line and check the acct. (pop up will come) ->> click on yellow coloured arrow.

A PO line cannot be deleted if: It is attached to a PO and has been sent to a vendor (if the PO has not been sent, the PO line can be removed from the PO and then deleted). It is the only POL in a PO, and one of the PO line resources was received or activated (even if the PO line is in review)

Delete Purchase Order Enable the check box beside the Purchase Order to delete. You may use the Filter drop down to sort and select the PO to delete. Click Delete button. A confirmation message appears. Click OK to proceed. The PO is deleted from the list.

Enter ME22N and select your line item of purchase order and click on delete tab. Other wise you can reverse po with return po.At the time of purchase order creation tick on return check box button.

Step 1) For changing an existing purchase order you can use transaction code ME22N (or ME22 - the old version). Purchase order = > Other Purchase Order. You will be presented a screen to enter the document you want to process.
