Purchase Order Delete Conditional Fields For Free

To delete a PO line: Select Delete in the PO line's row action list and select Confirm in the confirmation dialog box. The PO line is deleted. For additional information about deleting PO lines, see Deleting POs.

Just go to ME22N, select the PO then select the Line items or all line items and click on the Delete icon in the bottom of Item over view and save. Also it should not be released at all.

3 Answers. If you would like to delete it individually: Go to ME22 -> enter Purchase order no. -> hit Enter -> Form Menu Edit and delete.

The PO can be canceled while in the Open status, Pending approval status, Approved status, Rejected status, and the Ordered status. Once the PO is either partially or fully received the PO cannot be canceled. The canceled PO can be viewed by clicking on the Canceled Button on the Flow diagram.

In the document overview, you can choose Edit Delete item . You then enter the number of the item to be deleted in the dialog box that appears.
