The purchase order should include a clear description, quantity, price, payment terms, and necessary delivery details. In most cases, when the supplier accepts a purchase order it becomes legally binding. They've entered into an agreement, and are now bound to deliver the goods.

If you edit your CF7 form, you will see an additional tag called ?Conditional fields Group?. Everything you put between the start and end tag will be hidden by default. After you have added the field group(s), go to the ?Conditional fields? tab to create one or more conditions that will make the group(s) appear.

A standard PO typically includes these details: Terms and conditions of the order. The list of which items will be purchased. The quantity of each item. The price of each item. The delivery date for each item (or for the entire PO) The delivery location for each item (or for the entire PO)
