Purchase Order Remove Fillable Fileds For Free

Currently, there isn't an option to customize purchase orders (PO) in QBO. You can only customize transaction forms such as invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. With this, you'll have to utilize the default PO template when sending one to your vendors.

To manage your custom templates:Select Settings 2699 and then Custom Form Styles.Find your custom or standard template.Select Edit in the Action column.Make any edits. Then select Done.

If a PO number is generated but the complete button is not yet clicked, go to the Document Information tab and click Record, Remove twice. This will remove (delete) the PO data.
