Put Up Comment Resolution For Free

Choose how you view comments In the Comments pane, you can see a single list of all comments in your document, including resolved comments. To switch between the contextual view and the Comments pane, simply click the Comments button in the upper right corner of your Word window.

To view all comments, including all resolved comments, open the Comments pane by clicking Comments in the ribbon. You can interact with comments in the Comments pane the same as you would in the contextual view. If you reopen a resolved comment, it will be visible again in the contextual view.

In Word, the default is to display comments and deletions in balloons in the document margins. But the display can be adjusted to view comments inline. You can easily view inline comments by resting your pointer on the comments indicator. Find the "Review" tab, select the "Tracking" group, and click on "Show Markup".

Marking comments as resolved may help you keep track of which comments still need attention. To mark a comment as resolved: Click in the comment text of the comment you are going to mark as resolved. Click the Resolve icon below the comment text (see Figure 5 above).

I cannot see any comments. Step 1: Go to the Review tab and select 'All Markup' in the drop down menu (Word 2019). Step 2: Click on 'Show markup' below 'All Markup' and tick 'Comments' (Word 2019).

To do this, the first step is to open Microsoft PowerPoint Online. Click Comments at the Home tool bar. Click Resolve thread in the dropdown.

From the Review tab, click Show Markup > Balloons > Show Revisions in Balloons. Most revisions will appear in the right margin, although any added text will still appear inline.
