Quote Insert Fileds For Free

Go to Field Sets of the Quote Line object, click Standard Line Item Drawer. Add the fields we want collapsed from the top palette into the Field Set box. Then click save. This feature enables the user to see the fields related to a quote line in a single view because there is no need for horizontal scrolling.

From Setup, enter Objects , and then click Objects. Click Quote Line. From the Field Sets related list, find Line Editor, and then click Edit.

From Setup, enter Templates in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Templates (Lightning Experience) or Templates under Quotes (Salesforce Classic). Click New, and then select a template, such as Standard Template , on which to base your new template. Give your new template a name, and then click Save.

To add a line item to a quote: Click Add Products in Lightning Experience or Add Line Item in Salesforce Classic in the Quote Line Items related list....Required Editions and User PermissionsClick New Quote on the Quotes related list on an opportunity.Complete the fields.Save your changes.

Create TemplatesClick Create.Hover over Template.Select a template type. When creating from an existing template, select the template to start creating from and click Select.Save the template.Complete required fields.Add content to the email.Save the email.

Quote lines store information about products that a sales rep has quoted. With certain page layout and field-level security settings, some fields aren't visible or editable.
