Navigate to Windows 10 PC "Settings" -> "System" -> on the left panel "Apps & features" Find your "Sticky Notes" app, and click on the "Advanced options" On the popup window, click on "Reset"

Step 2: Simultaneously press Alt + F4 keys to close all Sticky Notes without actually deleting them. NOTE: It's not possible to close a single sticky note.
