Use page breaks to control where a page ends and where a new page begins. Place the cursor where you want to start a new page. Select Insert > Page Break.

To break a page unconditionally after a particular section in a report you should do so by setting the ForceNewPage property of the relevant section to 'After Section' in the section's property sheet in report design view.
