Select the entire bulleted list. Click Home, and then click Paragraph>Line Spacing. Choose the number of line spaces you want from the drop-down menu, or create custom line spacing by choosing Line Spacing Options.

The problem is that the bullets and numbers applied are based on the defaults in your own Normal. dotx template, plus what you last used.

Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while clicking a button to display the Bullets And Numbering dialog box. Choose Bullets And Numbering from the Paragraph panel or Command panel. For List Type, choose either Bullets or Numbers. Specify the settings you want, and then click OK.

Choose a new bullet or numbering format On the Home tab, under Paragraph, click the arrow next to Bullets or Numbering. Click the bullet or numbering list format that you want in the Bullet Library or the Numbering Library.
