Alternatively, you could list your problem-solving skills in the experience section of your resume. While you may not explicitly mention problem-solving in this section, you can use some of the keywords we discussed earlier to highlight your experience using this skill.

It's perfectly fine to not know exactly how many clients you see a month or how many calls you take a week, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't still quantify it. Give it your best estimate, and the range will show that there is a bit of leeway. And, of course, focus on your impact.
