Revise Comment Voucher For Free

An adjustment is a change to a voucher before the AO applies the APPROVED stamp. An amendment is a change to a voucher after the AO applies the APPROVED stamp.

Search the IDIS Voucher # or by other methods you prefer (IDIS Activity ID, Earliest Creation Date, Line Item Status). Click Maintain-Approve. The Maintain and Approve Voucher screen will appear. Click Revise in the action column, and the Revise Voucher Line Item screen will display.

On the DTS Dashboard select Create Amendment under Options next to a voucher. 2. Enter comments about the amendment, then select Create Amendment and acknowledge all pop-ups. The Review Trip Voucher screen opens.

On the My Travel Documents page, locate the trip. Select the options (3-dots icon) beside the document that you need to change (Figure 1, Indicator 2). Then choose Create Amendment. A pop-up appears (Figure 4), so you can enter comments about the reason for the amendment.

Note 1: You can't delete a lodging expense from the Reservation Expenses section if you reserved the lodging through DTS. You must update the lodging cost on the Adjust Per Diem Amounts screen. To get there, select Per Diem on the Progress Bar, then select Adjust Per Diem Amounts.
