Revise Numbers Release For Free

In the spreadsheet manager, click Recently Deleted in the left sidebar. Select a spreadsheet or folder, then click Recover at the bottom of the window (or choose it from the item's More menu ).

A restored version replaces the current version. Save a copy of the version displayed on the right as a new spreadsheet: Hold down the Option key on the keyboard, then click Restore a Copy. Numbers opens the copy in a new window, where you can edit it and save it with a new name.

With the current version of your spreadsheet open, choose File > Revert To > Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the spreadsheet opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.

Edit content: Double-click a cell to make the insertion point appear, then type. To move the insertion point, click where you want it, then type. Replace content: Click the cell, then start typing. The existing content is overwritten.

To recover Numbers files using AutoSave: Navigate to [root hard drive] >Users> [user's directory] >Library > Containers > com. apple. iWork. Numbers. Right-click on the filecom. apple. iWork. ... Go to Data > Library > AutoSave information. There is a possibility of finding your unsaved Numbers file here.

In the Version History list, select the spreadsheet you want to restore. If you're not sure which version you want to restore, select a spreadsheet, then click Preview. To compare it with another version, select another version, then click Preview again. The preview is view-only (you can't make any changes to it).
