The recommended image resolution for printing is 300 dpi. In Sketchbook Pro on desktop you can adjust your dpi in the Image > Image Size menu. Sketchbook on mobile devices does not have a concept of measurement, therefore there is no set dpi.

To print an A2 size image at 300 dpi: To check or change your image size, in the menubar, select Image > Image size. If you start a drawing on the mobile version, you can export the file to the desktop version of SketchBook Pro and continue drawing on a larger canvas.

To help prevent this, try to reduce an image's size using Layer > Image > Minimize File Size from the Menu Bar. Sketch will also tell you if it can't reduce the file size any further. If your docment contains lots of images, try File > Reduce File Size as a quicker alternative to reducing image sizes one by one.

In the toolbar, select Image > Image size. In the Image Size window, do any of the following: To change the pixel size of the image, in Pixel Dimensions, choose between pixels or percent, then enter a numeric value for Width and Height.

Canvas size in Digital Painting PPI (pixels per inch) is how many pixels are in 1 inch when viewed on a screen, so on a monitor of 150PPI, a canvas that's 300 pixels tall and 300 wide will appear to be 2 inches tall. DPI (dots per inch) is similar, but it's how many 'pixels' are in 1 inch when printed.

Export it In Preview, click on File and then on Export. In the bottom of the Export pop up you will see a number of options: Select the Reduce File Size option. Then click Save and check the file.

Though when exporting an image, the dpi is set at 72 within SketchBook Pro Mobile, you can import it into SketchBook Pro Desktop and change the dpi there.
