The State Park Pass is available for New Jersey residents at $50; Non-Resident $75, providing free entrance for one calendar year to the state parks and forests facilities that charge daily walk-in or parking fees.

There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee for all Special Events permits. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the City of New York Parks and Recreation. The application takes 21 to 30 days to process.

To reserve an NYC Parks athletic field or court, organized leagues or individuals must request a permit. You can apply online or request a paper application. Apply for a field and court permit. Call 311 or 212-NEW-YORK (212-639-9675) to request a paper copy.

Any Special Use Permit (SUP) Application (Application) must be submitted to the State Park Service (SPS) area administering the Application with sufficient time given for planning and permitting purposes. SUP Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Zoning Permit is required for anything that also requires a Building Permit, but is also required for the construction of any impervious surfaces such as driveways or patios, or decks, sheds or any accessory structure and fences.
