Using the --values flag You can use a --values flag in your Helm commands to override the values in a chart and pass in a new file. Specify the name of the new file after the --values flag in the Helm command.

Edit the contents of a title or data label that is linked to data on the worksheet In the worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or data label text that you want to change. Edit the existing contents, or type the new text or value, and then press ENTER. The changes you made automatically appear on the chart.

Chart names should use lower case letters and numbers, and start with a letter. Hyphens (-) are allowed, but are known to be a little trickier to work with in Helm templates (see issue #2192 for more information). Neither uppercase letters nor underscores should be used in chart names.

On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use. The first box shows a list of chart type categories, and the second box shows the available chart types for each chart type category.

So if fullnameOverride is provided, that completely replaces the rest of the logic in the template. Otherwise the name is constructed from the release name and the chart name, where nameOverride overrides the chart name.

Kubernetes YAML, being the native language of Kubernetes, may be more accessible to those already well-versed in Kubernetes. Conversely, Helm Charts offer a higher level of abstraction, minimizing the learning curve and allowing newcomers to Kubernetes to get started quickly.
