3 Answers. You can use any mechanism to include those licenses that you like, as long as it becomes clear to a visitor of your project which license is applicable to which portion of the project. My preference would be: Put each third-party library that you use in a directory of its own.

The issue of license compatibility aside, you can certainly license different portions of your code differently and this is quite common for commercial software that has Open Source integrated into it.
