Set Age License For Free

At age 16, the driver may apply for an intermediate license. The intermediate license allows the driver to drive alone except during a late night curfew (1 a.m. to 5 a.m.). The driver and passengers must use seat belts, be free of alcohol and drugs, and obey the traffic laws.

Whilst we currently don't ask for a credit card during sign up, verifying your age through a small credit card transaction is one way to confirm that you meet our age requirements in case your account was disabled after you have entered a birthday indicating you are not old enough to have a Google Account. You may drive alone from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (8 p.m. during daylight savings time). You may drive with a licensed driver, who is at least 21, from 6 p.m. (8 p.m. during daylight savings time) to midnight. You may drive with a licensed individual listed on the Consent for Minor(SCDMV Form 447-CM) from midnight to 6 a.m.

You must be at least 15 to apply for a regular or motorcycle beginner's permit. If you are under 18, you must bring a person listed on the Consent for Minor (SCDMV Form 447-CM) with you to consent.

If you are 16 and have a Special Restricted or Conditional license, you may be eligible for a Special Restricted license with a waiver. The Special Restricted license with a waiver allows you to drive by yourself until midnight if you work or participate in certain extracurricular activities.

Restricted Driver's License is for those people who are 16 years old or less than 17. It will give you the chance to drive during daylight hours. The license doesn't allow you to drive alone at night.
