To move a status between columns: If not already there, navigate to your team-managed Jira Software project. From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Board. In Columns and statuses, hover over the relevant status. ... Select, then drag-and-drop the status onto your chosen column.

To change the displayed columns for filters you own: Select the name of the filter. Select Columns at the top right of the currently displayed columns. Select or deselect columns in the list. Select Done.

Select the icon at the top of the column. Any Jira workflow statuses mapped to the deleted column are moved back to the Unmapped statuses panel. Hover over the top of a column, then drag the column left or right to its new position. Drop the column to place it in its new position.

To create this custom column, we do the following: In the Schema tab of our data source's settings, we expand the Jira issue table. We select Add custom column. We give the custom column a name and description.

Go to your board, then select more ( ) > Configure board. Select Columns in the left menu. Under Map statuses to columns, you can edit which statuses are mapped to specific columns as described in the following table.

Find the custom field you want to configure, click > Contexts and default value. Alternatively, you can click a field's screens or contexts link and then click Contexts > Create, edit or delete contexts. In the configuration scheme section, select Edit Default Value.

To do so, from the top Jira Navigation Menu, click on Structure | Manage Structures | Views (under Operations). There, you will be able to customize your View Settings: add Views, change the order of your views, as well as select the View which you wish to set as the Default for your structures on the Project Page.
