Stack License For Free

Multi-user ? This license allows you to a program onto multiple computers used by multiple users. Typically this may be a set number of users. For example, a five user multi-user license allows up to five people to use the program.

Single User - Can be installed on two computers. One computer can access the software at a time. Sharing the license is automatic; if computer 1 is not using the license, computer 2 can access. If you leave the software running accidentally on computer 1, computer 2 can "Take" the license.

Individual (Single-user): This license type allows the program to be installed and used on one CPU which is not accessed by other users over a network. The software will only be used on a single computer, and other users will not be able to access or run the software while connected to your computer.

Breach: If the number of licenses consumed is more than the number of licenses purchased. Delta: The difference between the number of licenses consumed and the number purchased (for example 10 licenses purchased and 14 consumed would mean a delta of 4).

The authorization that grants one user the right to use a software package. It may grant the user the right to the software on only one machine, or it may authorize installation on any number of machines as long as that same licensee is the only user. See EULA.

License stack noun, verb. A collection of licenses whose individual licensing volume amounts aggregate to serve as a single unified amount of indexing volume. When you aggregate license volumes into a single amount, you are "stacking the licenses." You can create a license pool from a license stack.

The main difference between a ?Site License? and a ?Single User License? is that with a site license you get a single license code that's good for all the computers covered by license. With individual licenses, you'll get, say 5 different licenses, one for each computer.

The Elastic License makes default distributions of Elastic products free to use but not for a directly provided service. SSPL, on the other hand, is required for enterprises which leverage the products for sale as a service within their own (e.g., Amazon Elasticsearch Service).
