To find a Stack ID, you can use either the Amazon EC2 console, AMS console, or the AMS SKMS API/CLI. AMS Console: In the navigation pane, select RFCs, and then click the RFC that created the stack. Use the filter option at the top to reduce the list.

A stack name can contain only alphanumeric characters (case-sensitive) and hyphens. It must start with an alphabetic character and can't be longer than 128 characters. In the Parameters section, specify parameters that are defined in the stack template. You can use or change any parameters with default values.

All templates in formica are defined in CloudFormation template files. The files have to follow the naming convention of *. template. (json|yaml|yml) .
