Unify Email Permit For Free

For an unlicensed user, user's mailbox is shared mailbox, then other user who has delegation permission can access Shared mailbox but if normal user without license. They can't login OWA, also they will not be able to use any of the Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. without a license.

The problem is that this mailbox is still able to receive e-mails (not the only affected mailbox). From what I know, mailbox should be held active for 30 days after the license is removed and then it should be deleted/moved to inactive.

Microsoft says its Outlook for Mac email and calendar client is now available for free, and it will no longer require an Office license or a Microsoft 365 subscription to be used.

Go to account.microsoft.com, select Sign in, and then choose Create one! If you'd rather create a new email address, choose Create a Microsoft account, choose Next, and then follow the instructions.

To access a delegated email account Log in to your Google Mail account. Click your account photo or the circle with your first initial in it (located in the upper-right corner of the page). From the drop-down menu, select the desired delegated account. A new window or tab will open displaying the delegated account.

A shared mailbox in Office 365 is free and does not require a license. For example, emails that are always forwarded or delegated do not require a full user license. Instead, licensed user accounts can be granted either forwarding from the shared mailbox and/or delegation to the shared mailbox.

Select the name of the user (whose mailbox you want to allow to be read) to open their properties pane. On the Mail tab, select Read and manage permissions. Select Add permissions, then choose the name of the user or users that you want to allow to read email from this mailbox. Select Add.
