Most of our bookings do not require a deposit, but if you did pay a deposit to secure your booking, it will be returned to the bank account which made the initial payment within 14 days after your tenancy end date.

If you are unable to make payment for your rent, please speak to your property team. They will be able to discuss with you your payment options and advise you of any future implications dependant on how late the payment will be.

The break clause should say how much notice you have to give, or.your landlord agrees to you ending the agreement early. This is called surrender.

Please email the documentation to cancellations@unitestudents.com. On receipt of the required documentation it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full.

Unless you have already collected the keys to the accommodation, you may cancel your booking by writing or sending an e-mail to us at cancellations@unitestudents.com, at any time during the 7 days after we send you an e-mail confirming your booking is complete (the 7 Day Cooling-Off Period).

Get your check-out form and envelope at reception. Fill in the form and put it back into the envelope with your name on it. On check-out day, put all of your keys - including your post box key - inside and seal it. You will then need to drop it in the Fast Track box at reception as you leave.
