Waiver Add Formulas For Free

In fantasy football, the waiver wire is a feature in which general managers pick up players that were not drafted or were dropped by other managers within the league. At the end of each week, general managers have the option of making changes to their team for the upcoming week.

The League Manager (LM) has the option of modifying waiver settings and player signings allowed during the season. Players added via trade do not count against any team signing limits. Waiver settings is LOCKED at start of draft and acquisition limits can be changed by LM through out the season.

Following each week of fantasy play, each team's waiver position in Standard Leagues is reconfigured ing to the team's position in the standings -- the team with the worst record receives the best waiver position (No. 1) and the top team receives the worst waiver position.

Waivers put temporary freezes on unclaimed players, giving everyone a chance to make a claim on them. If multiple claims are filed, the manager with the highest waiver priority gets the player. Unclaimed players not on waivers are Free Agents and anyone can add them without waiting.

Managers are ranked from high to low to determine who wins a waiver claim. The initial priority rank is determined by the league's draft: Live and Autopick Drafts - The last draft position gets 1st rank. Offline Drafts - The last to register gets 1st rank.

Waiver order in Standard Waiver leagues: under "Players" -> "Waiver order" In public fantasy leagues, ESPN is the league manager thus no one in the league can edit the order. In Private leagues, LM has the ability to edit such order. Simply click "Edit" and use the drag function which should appear on the right.

After each Game Week in the regular season, the waiver priority list is reset: The new rank is determined by the reverse order of the current league standings (the manager with the lowest league standing gets 1st rank). When playoffs begin, the waiver priority list stops resetting.
