2.1.1 Other Requirements In addition to other requirements of real estate transaction, the transfer must be in writing, the transferor must provide one-half the price that the buyer paid for the property, and it should be filed in a timely manner for the record in the proper county, and the buyer cannot acquire the property other than by gift, devise, or bequest, except in the case of an inheritance (see 11 G.
