Ohio Revised Code sections 1311.04 (D), (E), and (F) require that a subcontractor, materialman, or laborer who requests to be provided with a copy of the Notice of Commencement be provided with a copy of said Notice within ten days after submitting a request in writing to either the owner, part-owner, lessee, contractor, or subcontractor.
