I asked the judge in the case to dismiss the defamation and libel actions against me based on a number of concerns that I had raised to him during his hearing and in writing. I also submitted additional information to the case, including a statement from Plaintiff regarding a potential settlement. Furthermore, I was told that this information did not affect the judge's decision in favor of dismissal of my claims.
