Notices of special stockholders' meetings shall be filed on the official county minutes with the Secretary of State. SECTION 9.06.015 Registration Required of Special Stockholder. Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter 9.06, no application form shall be required for the election of a special stockholder of any incorporated municipal corporation who is a person who: (1) meets the requirements of Section 9.02; or (2) is a person who otherwise qualifies under Section 9.03 or Section 9.04. The application shall, subject to this Chapter, be filed and shall be deemed timely filed if made on the applicable deadline. However, the application may be filed not later than twenty-one days and five days after the day of a special meeting of the corporation required by the provisions of this Ordinance. The filing of the application shall not constitute a waiver of the deadline. SECTION 9.06.020 Notice of Special Stockholder Election.
