Heat source must be on in a temperature-controlled room with sufficient ventilation. b. A minimum amount of food and merchandise must be kept in a container or at least 1,000 square feet must be designated for storage on site. c. In each food facility, at least 10 feet from any room used for storage or display of food or merchandise must be a ceiling at least one-fourth its width above the floor. (5) A certificate of occupancy, written to accompany a certificate of title, signed by the real estate agent of a property described in subsection (1), or by a certified public accountant licensed under chapter 487, may be issued stating that there is a security or alarm service contract issued under s. 488.
