The Agreement details the terms of services, deliverables and/or the scope of work performed. The Agreement defines the scope of services as well as the number of hours and days of work per week of each contractor that are related to each other. Contractors may choose from several delivery options that are described in the Agreement. For example, one option will allow a contractor to deliver a specific number of work sets per month. Other options would allow one contractor to deliver more than 100 work sets per month. Contractors may be paid in several ways including, hourly, per unit, fixed-price per unit or fee basis. The total cost for each delivery option is calculated in the Agreement. Cost may be determined in the following manner: fixed-price per unit cost, one-time fee, fixed-price per unit cost with a fee component, or either. Contracts may be terminated as described below.
