The three firms (Bryan Cave & Associates, T.K. Consulting, and Echelon Government Relations, Inc.) represent a number of public officials and private individuals who have been accused of illegal voting behavior in the wake of the 2016 presidential election. The three law firms were retained by the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections in April of this year to conduct a “re-evaluation” of voter records and determine whether to make adjustments in the process of conducting all future elections. In August, the supervisors conducted a similar “re-evaluate,” and found that the “systemic” problems identified in the report had been cured. They found that only two voters had illegally voted as a result of computer glitches during early voting for this election.
