The Business Meeting is the largest meeting, consisting of all business pertaining to the School for at least one full meeting period for the term of the Board, which is typically three calendar months. In February, after the first academic semester, the Business and Finance Committee meets in the President's Student Barbecue at 7:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays to discuss and resolve financial and accounting issues. In June, the Management Committee meets at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays to discuss and resolve issues regarding finances, marketing, and personnel. In September, the Facilities & Maintenance Committee and the Budget Committee meet once a week, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. They are responsible for maintaining and repairing all school-owned properties, including buildings. The Personnel and Recruitment Committee meets the sixth Saturday of each month at 8 a.m. at the Senior Center. The Finance and Management Committee meets the seventh Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
