Jury Trials will resume June 1, 2021.

You may be excused if you are working part-time or unusual hours. Send an email to juryroom@tarrantcounty.com to explain your situation. You are a high school or college student in actual attendance. You must be attending during hours that would conflict with your jury service.

Jury service can only be deferred once. Applications to be excused from jury services are only considered in exceptional circumstances. You also have the right to be excused from jury service if you have previously served or attended to serve on a jury in the previous 2 years.
