Effective: 2/1/2016 Five Year Review (FOR) Dates: 10/19/2014 and 07/15/2019 Promulgated Under: 119.03 Statutory Authority: RCW 59.18.410 Rule Amplifies: 59.18.360 Prior Effective Dates: 7/5/66, 3/22/86 Every owner of all residential premises within a city limits of this state shall keep and maintain in a reasonable and orderly manner all the following in a reasonable and orderly manner: (A) A house and dwelling unit; (B) Fixtures and appurtenances therein and in the surrounding grounds; © All animals kept for use; (D) All furniture and other personal property kept in the house and dwelling unit together with their proper places; (E) A means to notify the City of this condition; and (F) A written notice to the occupants of the premises of the presence or failure of such means of notification. In order to effect the provisions of this chapter, the owner shall provide proper and adequate written notice to the occupants of each house or dwelling unit within the premises.
